When you’re managing a business it’s a lot like coaching a sports team. You need to juggle a lot of different personalities and put your workers in the best position to succeed. Survey Tool is Measured Up Against the Competition: Survey Monkey

Survey Tool is the best survey creation out there on the market for a number of reasons. When pitted against its competitors such as Survey Monkey, the features that Survey Tool have clearly shine above its competitors. The others sometimes just simply do not have the features we have, or if they do have similar features, they are not executed in the same user friendly way in which our software was created around. Compared to Survey Tool, there are a number of features that we boast that Survey Monkey falls short on.

The first of these features that Survey Monkey lacks is one of our most appreciated features, and that is the ability to upload your Word documents directly to your survey creating program. Many people type out their surveys in advance, and once their ready to go, if using Survey Monkey, they will have to re-type their survey and waste that much time. The other field in which we take great pride in is our customer service, and unfortunately for any Survey Monkey customers, this is another area where they fall short. While we offer full phone support to all of our customers no matter if they are free or paid users, Survey Monkey does not offer any sort of phone service to any of their users, no matter if they are paid users or not!

The list of features that makes Survey Tool soar above its competitors is longer yet, and it continues to grow as we separate ourselves from the competition.

Find the Right Survey Software

Increasingly, the use of an online survey questionnaire to understand your business’s customers and employees or your organization’s constituents has become a popular alternative to conducting paper or in-person surveys.  The process becomes easier for both conductors of surveys and those taking them.  Not only that, the easier an online survey questionnaire is to take, the more honest and accurate its results, which can provide analytical data highly beneficial to achieving a business or organization’s success.

To reap the benefits of using an online survey questionnaire, however, you must be careful in choosing the right survey software to use.  There are a variety of options out there, but too many of them are not only overpriced and expensive, but can be too confusing and difficult for the average user to understand and implement.
