When designing an online survey questionnaire, it’s common to already have a list of questions or a previously used survey saved as a Word document on a hard drive. Our users found that it was time consuming to transfer information they had already compiled into an online questionnaire format. They contacted our program design team, requesting Word document upload and automatic survey conversion to be added to SurveyTool’s features. Within a week our dedicated development team designed and integrated the requested features into SurveyTool’s software. New features added to an online survey website in less than a week – how is that for a responsive design team?

SurveyTool can afford to work promptly on user requests

Other online survey programs like Survey Monkey, Zoomerang and Question Pro can’t afford to respond to user requests so quickly. When a user suggests an improvement it takes these bulky programs time to research the addition, design the feature and then undergo extensive testing. Expecting an online survey program like Survey Monkey to work in a new feature to their extensive software in less than a week is unrealistic. SurveyTool’s strength lies in our agile development, and our ability to work with users, improving their online survey creation experience.
